Prepare to Drop (+2Small-thumbs-up)

The Good:
-Campaign features some free-roaming through the city of New Mombasa at night.
-A survival mode unique to the franchise, Firefight, is a fun and refreshing take on the co-op experience
-The game comes with a disc featuring Halo 3's complete multiplayer experience, containing all of the features of the original game minus campaign, but chock full of the multiplayer maps once limited to xbox live along with 3 new ones.
-The game grants players access to the Halo: Reach beta when it comes out next year
The Bad:
-Campaign is fairly short, coming in at 4-10 hours tops, depending on difficulty.
-The Halo:Reach beta requires the disc to play it when it comes out
-Many players(fortunately not myself) have been experiencing disc read errors
The Ugly:
-Firefight does not support Matchmaking, because it is based off of Halo 3's campaign architecture.
-People like to argue over whether or not the game is worth its $60 price tag
Overall, for having been completed in under a year, the game is definitely a great method of tiding people over until Halo: Reach comes out next year.
5/5
