That's fine, I guess. As soon as I finish installing hl:s (for Obsidian Conflict, it's at 95%), I'll let you use that account, but I was wondering if you would let me download Episode 2 sometime later on?

It's not illegal, I'm letting him borrow my account, it's a legal copy of the game, I'm just generous enough to share it. The only problem is that I can't go on that account if he is on.

If he did, then installing HL from another steam account SHOULD allow you to use the resources. However, I actually believe thats illegal anyway. Console: You're an idiot because its illegal to hack across state lines.
