I'm getting a new laptop this xmas, and i'm not really skilled at tech shit.
I need a Laptop thats fast and reliable. I'm not really on a budget but something lower than 1k is what im aiming at. I don't plan to be playing anything fast pased on this thing but it should be able to play hl2 if i wanted too. It needs a pretty big harddrive too.

Any suggestions on what i should get or add on to this laptop?

Note: If your gonna talk about a bunch of numbers like 500sphxlk please explain explainwhat the fuck it is.

Because laptops are prone to be knocked around more than desktops so if you spill a drink on them, drop it, etc with Dell the warranty (with Accidental Coverage) allows you to fix it under that warranty at no additional cost to you. Well, like i said ill do most of my gaming on My desktop. I definetly want something i can browse internetz fast on. I also want something with a great graphics card and hard drive. And i want it to be fast enough to handle stuff like Hl2, But whatever. Im'a go look at some laptops right now so ill see what i want and ask you for comments.
