Hmm. I bought the same CPU, the same amount of RAM, similar motherboard (I got an nForce680i, and pretty much the same graphics card (I got a 9800GTX). I got a 700W PSU, though, for $40 more.

Unfortunately, I haven't put my computer together yet, since I'm waiting for my friend to mail me a 64-bit XP CD. There's not much I can do without an OS. :\ Your setup looks pretty good, though.

It looks like it will cost about the same as my setup...but that's why I like TigerDirect. It usually has better deals. Oh, and don't forget to get a CPU fan, if you don't already have one.

I'm just gonna tear out any spare parts from one of my old PCs like extra cpu fans and so on

Ah, I wish I had that right now, that's about $700. I might just save up and buy the same thing.
