I thought I had updated it but forgot it was on windows. I uploaded the linux binary so... I'll upload the windows binary right now.

I sent an rcon quit command to it but it still doesn't show its updated even after I updated it with the latest windows patch. Not sure whats going on. It may really need a restart via whatever control panel the game host has.
