User Game Reviews/Ratings

Every user will be able to write reviews on any game for any platform. This includes the ability to upload images/screenshots to be used in the review as well as the opportunity to become a Featured Review. Featured Reviews are reviews that are highly rated by other members. A user's profile will show a list of the reviews they have written.


User Map Reviews/Ratings

A comprehensive database of maps will allow a user to rate and review any map for any game on any platform. At first we will limit this to maps we play on the actual servers but we will open it up to any map on any game and platform later on.


Conversational PM's

A PM will not longer be a single message. Instead it will be a conversation between two people on a single topic. This should greatly improve the user interface for Private Messages.


User Groups/Networks

Ever wanted to belong to random groups? Or maybe you want to create a group for your WoW Clan here on GameSyn. Whatever you want, we're cool with it. Networks are a similar concept that probably won't see the light of day.


Integrated SourceBans System

A user's profile will show what servers they are an admin on *and* allow them to be reviewed/rated upon by other registered members. Server owners will manage their servers directly in GameSyn. Ban requests/complaints will be done through the server pages and servers will have a rating system on a set of criteria. (Ex. "Map List", "Admin Interaction" + more)

I voted for game reviews! Lets other members know about some good games that they might not know about. Anyway, this is gonna be super rad! (Yeah, that's right, I said "rad".)

We are planning a good number of features but just to give you some ideas (nothing is set in stone):

* New Color Schemes

No! I love our Darth Maul style colors. There is no other color scheme that looks as good as red and black. I would bet only *noobz* would vote to change the colors.

Game reviews!

I really love the user group idea. Sounds like real good fun. It might give the community some seperation and at the same time a tighter, and more personal knit.
I also really like the integrated source ban system. Sounds really cool and useful. No more need for the ban appeal forum? I'm A-OK with that one. The only problem I would have with it, is if the admin is inactive on the forum. That might cause problems.

ETA on all of them? And when the reviews come out(where we can review), I might try to do it Zero Punctuation style(without teh pics).
